If the ticket office is really busy or the station you board the train at does not have a ticket booth, therefore meaning you need to by a ticket on the train, they are going to cain you for your ticket.
The example used was Weymouth to London £35, on the train it's £87....how the fuck can they justify this?? maybe they should try and get from Soton to Reading on a friday afternoon and get a ticket before hand, not every one can get their tickets in advance, and they've admitted they do not have enough ticket booths, yet still employing this stupid rule!
