I know that this is a bit self gratuitous but can I just say well done to my little girl Jenna, who ran the "Race for Life" today and raised £134 for cancer relief.

You darling are a little star !!!!

*Annual Bumpage*

So.....a year has passed and a lot of you know that this is a cause that is very close to home for me.

Yes.............Jenna (who a lot of you know as well now) is undertaking this again, of her own volition.

If any of you feel that you could give up the price of a pint in order to sponsor her for "The Race For Life" then not only myself and Jenna, but millions of other people living in this country that are touched by this illness, directly or indirectly would be eternally grateful.

If you could spare a couple of bob then please PM me with the following details that I need to enter onto the sponsorship form in order to make it valid (I will delete from my inbox straight away)

Name
Address and postcode
Amount of pledge

Can't say any more really

Love Fred

xx

Mission accomplished.

Jenna completed the 6k in 37 minutes, an absolute star !

You will be pleased to know that she got sponsorship pledges of £155, £75 of which came from you guys on here.

A massive massive thankyou to everyone who pledged, it really meant a lot to us.

Extra special mention to Ben for agreeing to let Jenna cut his hair.

I am thinking of getting everyone together for a BBQ where monies can be collected and many people can witness Sweeny Todd at work

Frederico, I'll add more to that fund BTW as the Charity means a lot to Rachel and I.

I'll also get Rachel to bring her camera along to professionally 'capture the moment' so to speak......

£75? You Bastards. Fair play to all who've donated on the quiet, being the attention whore I am I'd have shouted it from the rooftops.

Tell Jenna well done from me. That's ridiculously brilliant. My best 6k time is around 6 hours.

I hope my new hairstyle will be stylish, I know she's a girl of wealth and taste. Jenna is a clever girl, I'm sure she'll come up with something brilliant.

She wouldn't want to humiliate me....., errr.... I hope.

Not that I'll be coming along Fred, but was that the BBC you checked the weather on?  Metcheck seem a little more positive!  Which is good as I've got a friend's dad's birthday party - an all dayer - to attend.

As I said before

THE BBC ARE SUPPLIED THEIR WEATHER FORECASTS BY THE MET OFFICE!!

(From site - BBC Weather Centre in association with the Met Office)

Of course they are gonna be the same.  All I'm saying is recently their forecasts have been terrible.  Who knows they might get it spot on, but others, such as Metcheck don't agree.

What will be will be, hope it stays clear for you Frederico.
