I bought a new espresso machine just before christmas and at the peak of my love was getting through 1kg of beans (Colombian La Mina Estate for those that know their beans!) in about 10 days. Before the new espresso machine i was still doing 250g of Illy in a week, easy peazy. I've now cut back and only have 1-4 espresso a day and 1 or 2 mugs of instant gack.
