I'm bored by it all now - just want it sorted. It may seem we can expect an all action duel now, but this will drag on for months upon months now

This is starting to worry me. I just hope it doesn't all end up with the fans being left without a club.

It shouldn't go on for long in my opinion.  One side or the other has to show the proof in court and a ruling be made, seem simple enough to me.

it would seem that it's a fairly straightforward case, certainly having read what si pie has said on the issue - if the club can prove they have either a share certificate or an application for shares then the club win. if they can't, power wins.

don't see the club going under unless diamandis insists on taking it down with him which seems unlikely given what ssw stands to lose.

i don't see how it will effect sturrock or the players, the budget is in place and he'll sign the players he can afford.

Do not put it past Diamandis- even if SSW stands to lose. Remember he only has his interests at heart and he will be losing his business their biggest income stream

I can't see SSW letting it get to that stage, although he rely's on Diamandis surely he is not that stupid to see he would lose everything if he didn't do a deal...

Or diamandis may out of spite let it get to court and do an out of court settlement minutes before the judgement is due so he can keep his gresy little hands on the club a little longer before he is forced to let go.

At the end of the day I trust the consortium I don't trust the stfc board...

In a perfect world maybe. Believe me, it's not a quick process, and if it does go to court, it means there's a fairly complicated issue to be decided

The Problem i can now see is that this could cost the club money and they will restrict sturrocks budget even more

I suppose any issue with this current board is going to be a complicated one!

Obviously it will affect the club in the short term, be it off the field distractions and the possibility of hefty court fees and solicitors bills.

But in the long run getting these idiots out of the board room far outweighs the short term impact, IMO.

Not that I know of. But I doubt it would be wise for Mark to make any comment pending legal action outside of what Power.the board have already said.

I'd imagine Mark could be quite a key witness. Obvisouly working for the club at the time he should know whether it was shares or a loan, but also knowing Bill personally will give a bit more insight.

Bill power has publicly said it was a loan im sure mark d will say the same thing tbh

tbh if that is what Power says then I would beleive him over this board anyday, he is not going to come out with something like that if it is not true as they could easily make him out to be a liar - which he isn't.
