Because a lot of people think things are going to work out by some sort of miracle when the evidence suggests otherwise.

Personally I think now it's with the lawyers it's down to BP and PE to use legal pressure...fan pressure got it this far but the evidence is the board won't budge unless people stop giving them money or they have some other form of financial pressure to make them leave.

But that's just my opinion.

Where are the skeletons in the closet?.Enough people say they know where the money has gone. People have said they have broke the law well surely now is the time to speak up and bite the bullet.

There is a good chance starnes is telling the truth and that we may have a mystery investor and if this is the case we can wave goodbye to power and co taking over.

Those are separate issues to the NDA though.

I agree that we don't knwo enough of what's going on...on the other hand it would be dull to receive a daily running commentary of "we ploned their lawyers yesterday and got no response".

I think its basically at Stalemate at the moment.The board arent signing,the consortium have other more agressive options open to them but they have to go through the motions first.

But that been the case forever and its bloody annoying. :|

Perhaps you were thinking about cloning a lawyer, it's the sort of thing I'd expect the board to do, it would save on legal fees!

There has been no significant movement on the NDA. As and when there is we will provide an update.

i think they probably shreded the document or burnt it using one of Mike D's cigars......i hope im wrong  :|
