I saw this somewhere else but what do you like and dislike about sturrock..

Likes- I like how alot of players seem to be loyal to him and seem to want to follow where he goes also like his honesty and obviously the fact he seems to know how he wants his team to play football and get results.

Dislikes-Sometime his tactics baffle me when we are chasing a game or even hanging on.he will take a striker off for a winger then two mins later take a winger off for a striker

Likes -

Use of the word 'Laddie'.

Said he was going to get 'rat arsed' live on the radio after the Walsall game.

Can't be arsed to moan about referees.

Can't be arsed to get involved in slanging matches with other managers.

Use of the words, 'tatties' and 'nips'.

The regular updates are excellent.

He cares about the Club.




Dislikes -

Moans a lot about the weather and the state of the training pitch. How good can the weather have been in Scotland FFS??????

Says he is going to make loads of changes then doesn't.



Not sure -

About his relatioship with the Board. Some would say they have pulled the wool over his eyes. He's not stupid though. We'll just have to wait and see how that one develops.

Dislikes.

Only signs his ex players doesnt seem to have any scouting network set up for new ones.

Moans about the weather to much.

Only likes fast big lumps

Freezes players out to quickly.

Gets involved in the politics to quickly and is a yes man.

His teams are predictable and his tactics out of date.

Is Scottish.

I like his rosey cheeks.

He seems to be forthright, knows what he wants and doesn't mind upsetting players.

Communicates with the fans.

May have a tendency to make snap decisions on players, without giving them time to prove themselves.

The pro-board stuff is a load of bollocks imo, he backs his employers, which is what most people do.

Moaning about referees in public is a huge mistake.  Refs. are human, have mobiles like everyone else, and stick together.  Kingy used to complain and only made matters worse for the players.  Everyone knows if the ref. has had a bad game including the ref., so moaning is counter productive.

I'm guessing that's why OST put it down as a 'like'.

i dont really like his goatee beard, though it might look okay if he complimented it with some dark sunglasses, a leather jacket and biker boots.
