With Premiership players never performing well for england.

Endless list of players

They never seem to perform for england

Better.

:england:

Yesterday was a nothing game at the end of a season... Last night was more about the venue and being able to book Brazil than the actual performances.

Plus only 2 of those are guarenteed starters for England when everyone in fit... Let's focus on the form of Wayne and Rio!

;)

But Beckham did ok whilst at Man U.

Scholes was also brillian in an England shirt, and seeing as the question wasn't necessarily about the present, he is a valid argument

Neville has done well, hopefully Hargreaves will too. You can't complain about carrick, he's hardly played for England. And Rio and Rooney both play well regularly for England

Disagree with Rooney....been utterly shocking of late for England is it still Euro 2004 when he last scored for England?
