Right obviously a depressing weekend coming up with it being the last in the domestic football calendar bar pointless internationals.  So who does everyone think will win the play offs?

Derby vs West Brom - I am going to go with Derby they have had a fantastic season and think they will have enough to just get over the line.

Blackpool vs Yeovil - Think with Blackpool being the form team and looking unstoppable you would have to fancy them to win although as the Forest game showed Yeovil are capable of a shock, expect Blackpool to do it though.

Rovers vs Shrewsbury - Again on form there is only one winner Rovers should really do it.  But with 40,000 fans there and being an odds on favourite, will they crack only time will tell.  Would love to see Shrews cause an upset and see Rovers crying at wembley but sadly think Rovers will be too strong.

West Brom.

Blackpool.

Form suggests a West Country double, I think Rovers may crack, but have an inkling Yeovil might sneak it.  As for Derby V West Brom, probably fancy the Baggies, but either for immediate relgation next season.

A bitter pill indeed, of all the great professionals that have graced the Beautiful Game who have never scored at Wembley and Frankenstein's Little Brother is on the score sheet with the opposing goalkeeper up for a corner at the other end.  You have to take the highs and lows, and this was certainly a low point in the history of football.

Blackpools a better day out though and Yeovil is a bitch of a ground to get to. Took me 2 hours to get off that bloody industrial estate last year.

Actually I think you'll find he was injured today, and has been for a while. But you're right in that he's bound to be leaving.

I went to the game today and it was a good occasion and quite an entertaining game. The standard of football was nothing special although Blackpool did put some good moves together - judging purely on today's game, going back up to League 1 won't be too much of a step.

Blackpool will now have to buy in some players though. I can see Parker being made to look very average in the CCC, and their defence seems prone to the odd Swindon-esque lapse.

Derby or West Bro are winning in a game to decide who gets relegated from the Premiership next season.
