We lost 3-1. I'm not sure who else got sent off but we were 1-1 late into the game and Fleck was a complete one.
I got back ot my car after the game and had a parking ticket. I then started the car up and the battery was flat. The kind of game you remember.

No, was he fuck. Whitey scored the goal. It must have been Gittens who was the other red card.

I seem to remember us being quite comfortable with 10 but going down to 9 fucked us good and proper.

O'Sullivan was out in Oz last time I heard.

Steve Finney would be a top shout - can't think of many plaers who did so well, so young, but failed to do anything half-decent from there-on. We were far and away his high-point, so you'd probably get a decent interview out of him.

I think breaking his leg at Burnley ruined him a bit.

He was a genuinely nice guy aswell, we always seemed to bump into him away from football and he always tried to chat up my mum.  :Ride On Fatbury's Lovestick:

I like this idea, let's have a "whatever happened to" featuring players that we all know where they are.

Rhys Evans,
Sammy Igoe (in the STFC v BRFC programme)
Brian Howard
Tommy Mooney etc.

But it'd have to be written in an Armando Iannucci stlye.

From the same source that quoted Craig Easton as joining Swindon, Alexander has turned down the offer of a new contract on improved terms and is attracting interest from Palace, Millwall and Peterborough!
