in all seriousness, if you paid by visa then the only money they can take without authorisation is for food and drink bills, and also further room hire if you had stayed an extra night.

if you've damaged the room they're not allowed to take that without your authorisation (they should invoice you for that, and take you to court if need be!), so i'd get onto your card company to sort that out.

i used to deal with that sort of thing.
