To be fair, it is very easily done.

We're given big printed out reals of stickers with the new address the person has moved to and we keep them in a plastic wallet for each redirection.

It's very easy to mix the reals up when you have 20 odd different redirections on you're round.

If you have a Que of people waiting in thier lunch hour to buy tickets get extra people down to help in the ticket office.Its not as if we are short of people in the offices these days "all hands to the pump" and all that.If Bowden,Stayrnes or whover had made an effort to help it would have been great and good publicty for the board.Even someone with a tray of orange squash and an apologie would have gone down well Id have thought.

When I went to queue up for Rovers tickets a couple of weeks back they opened at 8, the scottish bloke said that they are nearly always open before 9. If it were me I'd head down there for 7.50/8ish, will probably be open.

As far as im aware the bottom right hand corner of the NW (as ur sat in it) is still closed, and so is the "buffer zone" in the Arkells.  That buffer zone between Swindon and Walsall fans on saturday will be bigger than the one at anfield last night! Wasted seats. I'd have though our monery hungry board would ipen up every inch of the ground.
