I still suggest it should be left to the lawyers as I did before - the question I asked had nothing to do with the takeover negotiations, I was just curious about how these things work. A bit like the possible 10 point deduction gets people asking questions, but none of us can influence it in any way but would like to understand the mechanics of it all a bit better.
