Best thing to do is buy a motorised dish. So therefore the station is technically coming from France, urgo inside the EU and perfectly legal. Even the ones at 15:00 on Saturdays.
You can also get Italian Satellite, which my dad's mate has and they get most from what i recall, that's also cheaper than sky. Oh, don't know whether the Italian comes in English, although Albanian does. Check eBay. I'm sure I've heard of pubs being fined for doing this and even having a the threat of having their license withdrawn. It used to be quite common, usually Swedish satellite (or at least that the Country that springs to mind). The issue is they screen the 3pm games on Saturdays.
