1. early wednesday morning, about 1am - munched down a ham & onion which i cooked myself 2. wednesday, 6pm. had half of a big cheese & tommy pizza at my mate jake's workplace, a trendy bar called 'orgasmic'. 3. thursday morning, 1am. ordered a takeaway meat feast. sick that must be a feck of a lot of carbs there.
