Good old Lady Wills and her loans. What happened to STPL shareholding, is that with St Modwen or did Wills get that back? Wills has been at Board level for al bar 15 months out of the pst 13 years! Be Interesting to see how the current Balance sheet compares. Title: CVA Post by: Piemonte on Thursday, February 22, 2007, 16:38:10 :ha:  :emo:

Yeah, "discuss". He can discuss as much as he wants. It's the creditors who have the say. It would be good to get HMR&C's take on this. Title: CVA Post by: Simon Pieman on Thursday, February 22, 2007, 19:27:37 And he can call a meeting. A meeting hasn't taken place otherwise he would have said so

Indeed so - I only pulled it out because it seems to be the loophole the board are banking on, no other reason. Was quoted with no opinions :) Title: CVA Post by: TalkTalk on Thursday, February 22, 2007, 19:32:54 Quote from: "Chris K" Indeed so - I only pulled it out because it seems to be the loophole the board are banking on, no other reason.
