I thought the Australians were nailed on to win this game. It was set out, the Kiwis rest the only two blokes they have who can bowl and the Australians get the confidence boost they needed ahead of the World Cup. Of their 6 losses in 7 games this is by far the biggest, the most demoralising and the most important. I'm actually stunned, Australia don't lose ODI series let alone lose a match with McMillan scoring a ton (that's just too funny for words) and with the opposition having no-one who provides any wicket-taking threat. Congrats to New Zealand, a simply fantastic effort and one ODI cricket really needs to build excitement up ahead of the World Cup. I personally cannot wait. If there's one team you never write off it's the Australians, but confidence wise there's a lot of them in a big rut right now. Walked arcoss his stumps and flicked a yorker length delivery from Bracken which went into a full toss over fine leg about 10 rows into the crowd. Quality shot.
