He's justified all of his decisions from last night and I agree with him. You are missing the point Matthew (as are you a little bit Rich) which is that Sturrock cares. He doesn't want the ground to look shabby. He doesn't want the offices and boot room and wherever else to look like no one gives a shit. He cares and wants to do something about it. That's EXACTLY what I want to hear. That's why he moved (is moving) to the area and why he wants the players to live in the area. I also believe he genuinely cares about the fans. The CG to him is not just where you come to pick up your pay cheque whilst waiting for something better to come along. For that reason, I love him* - FACT! If a place looks as professional as possible then hopefully it'll rub off (whilst we all know there are some parts fo teh club which are far from professional) on the players and staff. He does, and says all the right things and it's such a refreshing change form the likes of King etc. A genuinely professional approach.

I've been embarassed by this club for far too long and (dare I say it) I'm starting to feel a little bit of that pride coming back. I may not agree with everything he does, I don't think Charlie should have gone to Rochdale for example.
