Title: Swindon soar past Silkmen Post by: News Monkey on Sunday, January 28, 2007, 00:17:13 TeamTalk - A strike from Ricky Shakes and a Lee Peacock free-kick was enough to secure a comfortable 2-0 home win for Swindon over Macclesfield.Shakes broke the deadlock to brighten a disappointing first half when he slotted home with his left foot, striking sweetly from 16 yards just before the break - his second goal of the season. Peacock doubled the home side's advantage with his ninth goal of the season - a 25-yard curling free-kick into the bottom right hand corner of Macclesfield's goal.
