UK libel allows you to be taken to court and ordered to pay a lot of cash for proven liablous comments. You may also be nicked by plod for racist comments too. As board owner Whits may also be liable to prossecution as it is his board. However this is somewhat more of a grey area. So I'd imagine that this board is being monitored and suggest it sensible to comply with Sonic's request. The sad fact is that freedom of speech is great in theory, but in practice it doesn't give people carte blanche to say anything they like.
