Some things are not meant to be. Lemon cheesecake KitKats, for example. Or that programme, Extreme Makeovers. Or, indeed, sharp shooting at Swindon Town. Their manager Andy King ordered extra shooting practice this week, angered at the number of chances his side have been missing. That the Robins have, all the same, scored 10 goals in their last five league games was neither here nor there. King drilled his charges, lined up the routine, then was promptly hit in the mouth by a wayward strike which knocked out one of his teeth. King has yet to comment, perhaps for fear of whistling while he did so. So the question is - who hit the errant shot? Brian Howard - still "resting" after all these weeks?
