I had quite a shit Friday, didn't get to see my Mum on her birthday, due to me working back-to-back 12 hour shifts. Got her a Luther Vandross CD and some flowers, what a great son

On reflection it's been quite a good Friday actually. Cooked a quality chilli and haven't done much more than fuck around on the pc/guitar.

Talking of poker I'm running super bad lately. Ugh. Probably not playing my A game either.

71 to 76000 hands is the last 3 or 4 days, in terms of monies I'm still up over $2000 but down $80 since christmas. This is my worst month ever, (only been playing propery since June but whatever).

Not the worst night ever. Work was increadibly quiet, although you still get 4 tables all ordering loads of food at the same time, cunts.

Had a few beers whilst I was working, then a couple of glasses of red wine after I'd finished,  then instead of going home I went and had some pints in the royal oak. Got a kebab and wandered home to a glass of white wine. Exciting enough for me.

Interestingly the royal oak are doing a 36 hour jobby from midday new years eve to midnight new years day. Sounds like a good idea to me.

Yeah but last couple of months have been shit. I've been working so haven't played as much but the games seem to be harder and I've made barely anything since end of october. Up till then I was killing it but I've either forgotten how to play, been getting very unlucky or bit of both. I can still beat everyone at $2 buy in no limit though.

Incidentally I walked past los gatos a few hours ago, looked for flammable but didn't see him.

I went off to the pub a bit after midnight, I was sat at the bar for a good half an hour before then though.

Just woke up to the news that Sadam tripped over on the way to his hanging banged his head and died right there (Source:YR!) Who would have thought it!? Anyway feeling ready for the day after my shit Friday night in!
