I agree it should be kept to after the game, but with the shit thats been coming out of the club I feel that it's about time the fans voiced their opinion.

At the moment the Orange Revolution is still seen as a bit of a rebel force, a vocal protest will only strengthen the whole rebellion thing and so in my view will make it harder for additional people to speak out. If more and more wear orange then it will be seen as a bit less of rebellious fragment of the fans and more of a legitimate protest.

Just my two pence worth. Oh, I have nothing against a vocal protest, but if you are to do it, can you please somehow make it be known that it is nothing to do with the orange revolution. Thank you.

It's you that's believing the hype - read Mike Wilks' clarification, an extremely serious bid was tabled 11th November to SSW, then re-submitted again earlier this week to Clarke Wilmott (as the board apparently didn't accept that putting the bid to SSW constituted the correct way to make the offer - he's only the majority shareholder after all).

Looks like the club are refuting that claim Paul, their latest statement from the legal firm on the Official site  is trying to discredit the Trusts bid as having no figures in it.

As they won't allow due diligence, its impossible to put figures in, because without looking at the books you can't know what the figures are - it's like trying to pin the tail on the donkey blindfold. That's not how you put together a business deal and they know it - this is just more smoke and hype.

I have to say I do wonder if the intent of these increasingly provocative outbursts is precisely to provoke a more aggressive reaction - have to say, I struggle to see any other purpose in them. In my opinion it would show some of the other fans that there are rebellious fans trying to destruct the club for no apparent reason. Of course, this conclusion would be nonsensical, but the way Mike D portrays it this would be exactly how he describes as 'destructive behaviour'.

I'd probably hang fire for a few weeks so that the Christmas games are out of the way and give the Consortium time to plan the next move.  With MD out in the open it's easier to see his motivation and tactics.  It's also harder for him to spin as it tends to get spotted - yesterday on the radio it was reported the Wills family appointed him General Manager of the club in 2000;

I would prefer to continue showing the board that we oppose their regime but can still act in a normal way, just think a vocal protest would alienate more fans away from the fans consortium.

This poll is currently 62% in favour of one.

Without being disrespectful to anyone in the Consortium, or on the Trust board, this is nothing to do with either.

I just wanted to see other fans opinion and whilst this poll is hardly representitive, it does nonetheless show a significant shift in attitude.

the other thing would be for everyone to just boycott all games until they sell up. they won't get gate receipts then so whats the point in owning the club? i have to say though that im still very much behind the orange revolution and hopefully i will get a hat at the Wycombe game

returning to the thread: i think the main reason why people have not been giving it the old "sack the board" chant is down to appeals from pauld - which i agree with (dating back to when wise left and before). i'd agree with the sentiments regarding protests inside the ground but am starting to think that if a couple of hundred fans were shouting after the game he might not be able to close his ears as well as his eyes.

season ticket holders have already paid up though....

so even if im not there, I'll still get added to the attendence and they will still have my money

Surely because season ticket holders are all paid up, the official attendence added the amount of tickets that go through onto the amount of season ticket holders.

I remember when everyone boycotted wimbledon due to the MK move, they attendences still were at about 700....despite the fact there were never 700 people there because they included season tickets bought & paid for regardless if said holder turned up
