My wifes family are all ex/current army.

her dad served for 24 years and she has a cousin who is out in Afgan as we speak doing his second tour.

all being well he will be home on Dec 15th and that will be the end of his 8 months.

we had a touching moment when his younger brother got married this year. He recorded a video message for him and we played it as a surprise. Had all the family in tears.

hope your son comes back safe Fred
