Title: Trick or Treat? Post by: Dazzza on Monday, October 30, 2006, 21:32:19 Small children ahoy ahoy round mine tonight and already the copper jar is running very low, in fact I've not even bothered with the last couple of visitors.
Not even the 31st yet either, bloody cheek. Don't mind the young ones that make the effort but when you have 12/13 year olds just wearing a plastic witches hat that cost a quid from the newagents it takes the piss Anyone else had any of the little toerags round yet? Title: Trick or Treat? Post by: Bogus Dave on Monday, October 30, 2006, 21:35:48 Throw eggs at the fuckers
Title: Trick or Treat? Post by: land_of_bo on Monday, October 30, 2006, 21:35:53 When you could get away with givin' em a stale custard cream it was ok, now the little fuckers want cash or they torch your car. With this is mind I am glad I am out playing snooker tomorrow night.
Title: Trick or Treat? Post by: Dazzza on Monday, October 30, 2006, 21:40:06 I was tempted to just buy a load of sweets and dish those out but there's just something unsavory about giving sweets to strange small children.
Paying them to dress up really isn't much better I suppose. Title: Trick or Treat? Post by: land_of_bo on Monday, October 30, 2006, 21:43:40 That's why I think it's better to go out and avoid it altogether. Perhaps they might appreciate my tesco sport for school vouchers or some nice healthy celery? I don't want to contribute to child obesity.
Title: Trick or Treat? Post by: DMR on Monday, October 30, 2006, 21:47:53 None here tonight. Mind you, I think it's a dying art, for want of a better term.
Used to be shit loads of kids around here doing TOT but hardly any these days. Title: Trick or Treat? Post by: stfc_carver on Monday, October 30, 2006, 21:49:53 i got fed up with this last year and i ended up telling one group of children to fuck off in no uncertain terms. however, one of their mothers was standing round the corner making sure they were alright. she was less than impressed and gave me a right bollocking. very amusing

Title: Trick or Treat? Post by: Sade on Tuesday, October 31, 2006, 10:53:13 8) I went to a halloween party dressed as a black cat last night. I was so Pished that I came home without my tale and one ear. I think I may of got in a fight with another cat.
I love halloween. The kids that come to the door are funny. I don't mind the cute little ones that have their parents waiting at the bottom of the path. Its just the noisey Feckers that come to the door with just a mask on and expect stuff. We usually close the door on them or just don't answer :D Title: Trick or Treat?
