Williams isn't the right long term appointment in my book. I just don't agree with an internal appointment and I base this argument on the results of our previous internal appointments. I don't like a player going into the managers job after being one of the lads. He is probably the best internal appointment we can make though. If that is all the board can/will do then so be it.
