Way down deep in the middle of the Congo,
A hippo took an apricot, a guava and a mango.
He stuck it with the others, and he danced a dainty tango.
The rhino said, "I know, we'll call it Um Bongo"
Um Bongo, Um Bongo, They drink it in the Congo.
The python picked the passion fruit, the marmoset the mandarin.
The parrot painted packets, that the whole caboodle landed in.
So when it comes to sun and fun and goodness in the jungle,
They all prefer the sunny funny one they call Um Bongo!

Most drinks are over priced nowadays.  Total rip off.
I remember when a can of coca cola was 22p.

How can anyone not of heard of Makro?  That place was the stuff of legend as a kid.  Everyone knew someone whose dad had a Makro card, and everyone had been to Hamley's and played with all the toys  :D

Hehe, that is so true, someone's dad having a Makro card was amazing, it was like they were a member of some exclusive club. It would be like...

Kev: Lads, Lads..come here..my dad's got a Makro card

Daz: Fuckin' 'ell! See if you can get us in .

Kev: I'll see what I can do but keep it under your hats ay.

When you went to Makro it was like Land of the giants, everything was enormous. There'd be tins of beans the size of oil drums, and tins of coffee that if you emptied the contents could house a family of four. They didn't have trolleys or baskets either, oh no, you'd get a massive sheet of wood the size of a football pitch on wheels.

We knew a lad that claimed to have played with every toy in Hamleys. We decided that if that was the case then he must have played with dolls so we flushed his head down the bog.

yeah those security guards keep detaining me - your my only hope! but always too busy to help!

Asda is cheap as chips, better for fresh fruit and veg than tesco.  Tesco is where I go if ive got time, sainsburys is the daddy but expensive.  asda is also very close for me!
