Reading this fucking forum today you'd think some-one had died.  Can every-one please fucking cheer up. The main culprit issues are:

Wise leaving - He won't fucking leave. Hes just got settled ni the area, he won't want to uproot his family again so soon. And besides, where would you rather live, leeds or wiltshire?? hmmmmm. Al that and the fact that i doubt wise is anywhere above 5th choice for the job.

Power leaving - Yes its sad, but fucking hell. You'd think are club had suddenly gone bust. He has his reasons, and hes decided to leave. I very much doubt their has been a huge power struggle. However some people ( that means you bart) ,despite no form of evidence whatsoever. They seem conviced its all the mafias fault, just because of some little voices in their head.

Money struggles- Don't worry. Somehow, someway we will get through it.

and finally the doom merchants, predicting conference football in two years time. Make me want to pull my fucking hair out. We wont be in the conference any time soon, just because some bloke decided to leave the boardroom. Its not as if all the players are gonna bugger off now is it.

If anyone wants any convincing that things are not right, Banbury Red's gang have cancelled their remaining match sponsorships for this season following the past week and shit happening behind the scenes last Saturday.

My personal opinion is it would wise to remain very cautious at the moment.  Only the club has released statements, nobody at all from Bills side.  Holt has gone from suggesting Power should buy us out to saying he realised Power would not be able to carry on.

What exactly do the "people in the know" know? 'Cause they're not saying on here! All I'm hearing is vague innuendo of "very bad things". People are even PMing me to say that they know "very bad things".

Yeah, but you know that the club tells the fans as little as possible. And when someone with a actual power at STFC does come out and speak its because they have had to. SSW when pressured by the Trust or Diaminidies with all the speculation about him on the thisis board.

They are the ones at the top. But they want as little accountability as possible. Why? Because they have no intention of investing in the team, no ambition to take us forward.

I had really high hopes for us under Power and Devlin. But now we are back to the same lot that simply runs down the club year after year after year.

People probably don't wanna say what they want because without hard evidence, it's libellous. Hence you get what we've seen so far... rumours and "I know a mate who's mum shagged the milkman and he said..." I'm sure there are a number of people here who know things but can't divulge (unfortunately I am not one) - that's life unfortunately. So when some say they know summat, they just may well do - and that's why it has to be discussed, not shot down in flames by everyone else.

Simple really. If you don't agree with what people say then say so, but don't begrudge them for doing it - they're merely expressing an opinion.
