Kyle Lightbourne - No comment Shayne Bradley - As above Matthew Hewlett - Consistently shit for 4 (or 5?) years Juan Cobian Title: Town's Worst Nightmare Players Post by: Kinky Tom on Friday, September 15, 2006, 09:40:33 FFS I keep telling you lot that the worst of the worst was Mark Robinson!!!
Anyone who can chin the skipper in front of the Town End after being solely responsible for yet another goal conceded and get away with it deserves to be hung from a Spitfire by his balls and dropped into the Kassam! Hewlett was appaling too as was Kim Heisleberg. Many in the Prem were disasters - Sanchez (though he did get the assist for Jan's wonder goal at Ewood), Webb, Fenwick Frank Macavenie etc. etc... Title: Town's Worst Nightmare Players Post by: Doore on Friday, September 15, 2006, 10:43:19 Fraser McHugh.

Title: Town's Worst Nightmare Players Post by: Cookie on Friday, September 15, 2006, 11:45:45 Fenwick was dreadful, was quite funny though when he broke warhursts leg (that's not the funny bit) and Warhursts wife come running onto the pitch to the jeers and piss taking of the entire ground (that was the funny bit).
Mark Robinson was awful, I hated him more than any other town player but and he was here for ages, and we payed a bloody fortune for him, what a waster. Title: Town's Worst Nightmare Players Post by: broomfield on Friday, September 15, 2006, 13:26:39 It just goes to show that you realy don't need too much talent in football to get on.
Nicky Hammond is a classic case. Crap keeper that went to wooden club in more than one way. Next thing we know he's got a chairman with a bottomless wallet and hes Director of Football at a PreM Club! There's hope for us all!!! Isn't that also the game where Shaun Taylor scores 2 goals for us, in addition to 1 own goal (which looked like it was due to Hammond not shouting that he was coming to collect)? Title: Town's Worst Nightmare Players Post by: Spencer_White on Friday, September 15, 2006, 18:24:35 I know there has been a wave of Dukey nostalgia on Swindon message boards, but to me he is shit. He wasnt the worst, but the amount of games he played meant he had more opportunity to make a cock of himself. Hewlett, Lee Collins, also total dogshit and played plenty of games. Allan Young rubbish. The worst were obviously the loan players and trialists, but at least they only got a few games.
Since 1999 we have had some really crap teams though. From Ndah leaving in 1999 (?) I dont think we had one genuinely good player until Sam Parkin and Stefani Miglioranzi signed for us in summer 2002. I dont think last seasons team was as bad as those 3 sides of 99-02. But it was bad. Pook, Cureton both shit, and some current STFC players who can remane nameless, because they are turning their reputations around! Nicky Hammond without a doubt (Endersby was a fantastic keeper otherwise he wouldnt have got player of the season) Jason Drysdale (no explanation needed pure shit) Tony Galvin (6x cos he was fat lazy and a drunk) Leigh K Barnard (useless twat and child beater) Ken Beamish (300 league goals for other teams...couldnt find the pitch even) also our worst ever manager? David Duke (undercommited) Lee Collins (overcommited fat and rubbish) Jake Findlay (400+ top division games and couldnt catch a ball) David Peach (Just a waste of £150k) Roy Greenwood (just rubbish) Dean Hooper (so fast....so poor at passing and crossing!) Paul Hunt (arrogant, small and arrogant!) And loanees..... Jon Beswetherick (mmmm just rubbish) John Buttigieg (30 caps for Malta....disgrace) Mark McCammon (lanky rubbish worse than Onionbhaji) Terry Gibson (small and rubbish) Tony Warner (premiership goalie you're having a laugh) Nicky Tanner (Liverpool got done!) Any Lonergan (piss poor) Frank Maccavennie (so high on coke he couldnt stand up) Craig Moores (tiny weak and rubbish) Lawrie Sanchez (totally uncommitted to Swindon) Alistair Sperring (worst keeper ever! let in 5 in his only game at home to Bristol Rovers...unforgivable) Title: Town's Worst Nightmare Players Post by: OOH!
