Luckily i saved it. unluckily, it caught me flush on the wrist, and bent it backwards. and it fukin kills. my wrist is now twice its original size, and it hurts to move it. i cant even hold a can of lager ffs. anyone have any ideas what it is, or how to help me out.

I tend to just ignore it until it goes away. I'm proper hard though so if it's still bad tomorrow afternoon/evening I'd suggest going to have it checked out.

Title: is there a doctor in the building Post by: reeves4england on Sunday, September 10, 2006, 10:12:20 I have had that kind of problem before. Nothing I can think of immediately but wearing a wrist support bandagey thing always helped me.
Hasn't stopped my wrist becoming completely feeble as a result of the injury though :( Title: is there a doctor in the building Post by: Sussex on Sunday, September 10, 2006, 10:23:02 Hold the lager in the other hand.

Sounds like my wrist did after I fell on it, and mine was broken so the longer you leave it the more painful it'll get. Could just be nothing though. Title: is there a doctor in the building Post by: timmyg on Sunday, September 10, 2006, 11:45:27 I did that. Saved it though.
It hurt and swelled up real bad so I went to get it checked out. Had an X-ray and it wasn't broken but they told me to keep it elevated and to put cold (not frozen) things on it. You feel like a leper though as you can't do anything with it. t'll be grand in a few days.
