Yep in 63/64 our first ever seasonn in the second flight we won our 1st six games....the 6th game was a 3-0 demolition of Man City in front of 28,173. at the CG.... If you've ever seen the Jon Boorman documentary 6 Days to Saturday, it features a week a bit later in that season, and is fucking fantastic. long before my time but at a period when we were always scalping bigger teams, that young side didnt fear anyone. lets hope we can have a bit of a giant killing this year, away game then bring them back to the cg, full house, a bit of tv revenue, pay off some more debt. i hope in my life time the club can become profitable again.
