Title: Birmingham capture £4m McSheffrey Post by: lebowski on Wednesday, August 16, 2006, 18:54:45 did we have a sell-on clause when we sold parkin? probably not cause we had no bargaining power once they met the minimum fee! and besides, sell-on clauses generally only come into effect when a profit is made on the sale, so if they sold him for £500,000, and we had a 10% sell-on clause, we'd get the princely sum of £5,000 (that's assuming we sold him for £450,000, so £50,000 profit made).
