ha not minted but £50 to look at some teeth thought it was high.  Yeah I havent been with NHS for dentists for about 10 years but in london three years ago I was paying £10 - £20 I thought.  Im currently over towards Abbey Meads and just a bit away at the mo.

For 50, I'd expect a topless nurse.....had a tooth out Friday and that was 60.

I have to go on Wednesday to start having a root canal.
I am not sure what it is, but it's gonna cost me £170.00 so I expect it will be painful  :(

Eurodental on Bath Road is taking people on (NHS)

I used to be with Ambience. I never went so I don't think I am any more.

They were NHS then.

It cost me £15.50 at Ambience the other week.

If it's NHS there are 3 tiers, you can find out the costs somewhere on the net I'm sure. Anyone got a dental plan and are these worth having?

Yeah it's gone up now.

From memory the tiers are £15.50 for tier one (check up, scale and polish etc); around £45 for tier 2 (fillings); and something like £190 for more extensive work.

If there were only 2 dentists in town and one had good teeth and one had bad teeth, which one would you go to?

The answer is rather simple...

Anyone ever seen the dentist?  Crazy horror film, dentist goes mad, sees decay everywhere, much death by drilling ensues.  Its ace.

Its a health scheme , you go to a dentist who assess your teeth and you pay a monthly sum in accordance to their condition. All further treatment is covered by the plan. No more waiting along side smelly NHS patients  :D

I think I'll consider doing that when I start work, although I've never spent £120 in a year on dentistry.
