Yeah I havent been with NHS for dentists for about 10 years but in london three years ago I was paying £10 - £20 I thought. Im currently over towards Abbey Meads and just a bit away at the mo.

From memory the tiers are £15.50 for tier one (check up, scale and polish etc); around £45 for tier 2 (fillings); and something like £190 for more extensive work.
