Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: pauld on Thursday, August 10, 2006, 11:05:25 (Cross posted from Trust board)
We are looking at selling T-shirts with the designs below, and need some feedback as to which design people would be more likely to buy (or both) - we'll likely be taking orders on Saturday, with a view to having them "in stock" in time for the Stockport Bank Holiday game, possibly Brentford League Cup but that could be tight. Likely to be around seven quid. Any other feedback, suggestions etc also welcome. Are you going to do them in womens sizes too? :D Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: magicroundabout on Thursday, August 10, 2006, 11:14:24 supurb :Ride On Fatbury's Lovestick:

One of each please, XL 8) Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: pauld on Thursday, August 10, 2006, 11:17:40 Quote from: "STFCLady" Much prefer Image two. Are you going to do them in womens sizes too? :D Ummm, I dunno - I think we need to know quantities rather than sizes at this stage of the game. AFAIK, it doesn't make much difference what sizes we order, just the quantities of each image. That said, if you mean not just size but different shirt style (like them clingy girly style shirts, or the ones that show off your belly button) I'd have thought not. Although, frankly, we'll sell anything if there's enough demand for it :D Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: Luci on Thursday, August 10, 2006, 11:19:45 Ill pass if anything doesn't cover the belly thanks!
Would definitely buy one though! Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: OOH! SHAUN TAYLOR on Thursday, August 10, 2006, 11:21:06 How about putting the 'Oxford United who are they?' on the front and the 'exactly' along with the image on the back?
Similarly with the other one, put 'ticket for game...programme...half time hurger' on the front and puting the league table and punch line on the back? Just an idea. Loving it though 8) 8) 8) 8) Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: Luci on Thursday, August 10, 2006, 11:22:02 Quote from: "OOH! That would be much better comedy timing, but we looked at doing both designs on one shirt front and back so we didn't have to make our minds up and it costs a fair bit more per shirt, so we'd then be looking at selling them at about a tenner and that's just too expensive really. I know. You can make these things too complicated and the whole thing just turns into a nightmare. Both are top notch as they are. But the milk one is good, and as Accrington replaced them it is extra good.
Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: pauld on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, 14:23:48 *BUMP* We've now got these in stock (well, in a box in the back of my car) and they'll be available to buy for 7 quid each from the Trust office at tonight's game and again on Saturday (and quite possibly after that). Sizes from Small to XXL.
Those who've ordered one, we've set those aside, and you should have had an email/text message/voicemail telling you your shirt's ready. Those who haven't, it's first come, first served. Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: pauld on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, 14:27:45 Sorry should have also said, I won't be getting there with the shirts till about 7-ish tonight so if you're after one, not much point getting there till then. Trust office will be open until about 10 mins before kick-off.

Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: magicroundabout on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, 15:26:20 how do we order one and can you post it to me??
Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: pauld on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, 15:56:38 We'll have an order form on the website in the next couple of days - hopefully we'll be able to take PayPal payments direct, otherwise it may initially be a question of "print this out and send us a cheque" I'm afraid. And yes we'll post them out - tho it'll cost extra for P&P, natch.
Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: Luci on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, 15:58:03 Are they baggy t-shirts or are they fitted in anyway shape or form?
Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: reeves4england on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, 16:28:54 Much prefer the second one, although the first one is funny
Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: pauld on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, 23:39:11 Bog standard "Fruit of the loom", like most T-shirt printers supply - same fit as the "IOU Digital Monkey Spankers" T-shirts if you ever saw them. Have a look at them in the Trust office on Saturday.
I guess if you're little and you order an XXL, that'd be quite baggy :D Title: Oxford t-shirts Post by: OOH! SHAUN TAYLOR on Wednesday, August 23, 2006, 07:49:41 So I take it you are going with the Acccrington Stanley version???
