I was a sock/sandal combo man, but my missus said I looked like an arse, so I ditched the socks.

Black 'Plain Lazy' brand for me.  Bought a shit load wholesale 4 months back largely to avoid having to keep washing the fucking things.

That reminds me of an ol friend who just used to bin his socks every day and buy new every two weeks from the market.

And on the subject of sandals I wish women that insist on displaying their toes this time of the season would at least sort their skanky feet out first.  Far to many parading around rotten plates of meat that would put a squaddy to shame.

I like my ones which say, "If you can read this, i'm not wearing any shoes".

Some people wear two pairs of socks in case they get caught short without any bog roll, so they can still wipe there arse.  Strange, yet very practical.

When I was in Bognor last year my friend nearly got kicked out of a nightclub because a bouncer saw him take his sock off in the toilet, and thought he was pulling out some disco biscuits or something :D   When he explained, I guess the bouncer thought you wouldn't make that up and let him back in.

I know.  I've even developed an interest in slippers, and when my jacket (tweed) ripped the other day I sewed a patch on to the sleeve.  This has to stop.

I like stripey colourful socks. I also like pink ones. You will never ever catch me wearing white or black socks, infact I don't even own a pair. My favourite socks are pink with brown teddy bears on. I also have snuggly socks which are fluffy and I wear to bed in the winter. My friend has a wank sock but I have no idea what that is.
