I'd say this league is the most even of the 4....it also offers up one more promo spot and two less relegation spots than L1.....

 That's what the scum thought last season....despite having a new ground, wealthy chairman, who  spent money on players, an experienced manager who'd won that league only 3 years previously, and no significant debt, still contrived to get relegated.

 Its an even league.....it was probably changing their manager with about 9 games to go that did them....about 4 games previously they could have been 3 points from the PO's with a win.
