Title: Palace Ticket Sales
Post by: Luci on Thursday, July 20, 2006, 09:51:45
Just called up to get ticket and they've sold around 2000 so far (home fans that is) for the Palace game.

Not bad really for pre-season is it?

yes it is, it means I have to sit by some smelly old grandad instead of where I want

No that is good, the bloke in the ticket office said there had been loads of interest for that game.

£10 a go is it? That's 200 tickets by my reckoning.

I'm so madly optimistic that I bought Reading and Brentford tickets as well. It is Wise to do so. (Hopefully).

On the advice of the pitch maintenance people who didn't think the lovely new relaid pitch would cope with two games in three days. So I hope those Palace boys are going to go gentle on our nice new pitch tomorrow - I shall expect the ref to send em off at the first hint of a sliding tackle.

Didn't think it was too bad an attendence, considering the fact that we've got the plastic lot in Town next week, and that it was £15.00 on the day.
