C.Ronaldo is probably my most hated Footballer these days, only Robbie Savage can be more annoying than this little fuck.

C.Ronaldo crying after the Greece defeat in Euro 2004 was easily the highlight of the Tournament.

Ronaldo is annoyingly good though. Their best player IMO.

I can't begin to count the times Ronaldo dived and asking the ref for a card when Rooney couldn't step anywhere else was rediculous. The referees seem to be deciding the world cup so far. The only decent ref I've seen is the one that refereed Sweden v England.

Have to agree beckett. He stamped his foot back, and the look on his face on the replay (only seen it the once so stand to be corrected) said it all for me - pure malice. Rooney stamped down, maybe mainly to free himself from the entanglement, and probably not deliberately aimed at the guy's nads, but he meant to stamp, he did it deliberately and to hurt (otherwise, it wouldn't have got him free from the entanglement) and that's a straight red.

Ronaldo's still a diving cheating poser tho who should be taken out and given a shoeing

The ref has said he was sent off for the push on ronaldo not the stamp.the ref actually gave the free kick for rooney in the 1st place..anyone see ronaldo at the begining of the game push his head into the back of rooneys head.from what i have heard ronaldo is definatly off in the summer,hope he doesnt leave before pre-season traing i have a feeling rooney,van nistleroy want a little chat with ronaldo

I know that, but it doesn't stop his action to try and get away from them being a deliberate stamp and so a red. I don't buy this "just where his foot landed". But if it's true that he was sent off for the push, it's immaterial anyway.
