Title: Installments
Post by: Tails on Monday, June 26, 2006, 19:22:45
Posted this on the l&p site but been advised to post it here aswell..anyway..

My mum went to get a season ticket today, planning to pay in installments but apparently the offer has ended! She was quite annoyed as the old bloke in the ticket office was rude to her, basically said that it was in the letter she'd been sent. Why would she be sent a letter if she was a new buyer?! It's not on the official site either, or on the season ticket application form. After she asked does this mean I can't get a season ticket the bloke said "Yes, bye".

Why do they treat new fans like this? Fucking disgrace.

Give the club a shout Tails it's not really the way things should be done and all but I'm sure if you have a word you'll get sorted out.

As dazzza says. Write a letter saying you weren't happy (well, you're mum) with the customer service and was appauled at the way you were treated. State that you are a looking to become a new season ticket holder. I'm sure the club wil ldo their utmost to help you out.

Worth a try...

I think my mum e-mailed the club, I certainly did! I got my season ticket a while back from the scottish bloke and all was fine.

My mums a big Town fan despite going to about 1 game a season and I know she'd love to get a season ticket. I think being treated like that has put her off tbh, shame really.

Tails, I renewed my season ticket and I didn't get a letter or an installment plan form, they were a bit rude to me when I phoned up to ask for one.

No offence like but it was in the letter in black and white.
