You need to create new folders in a much more random fashion, leave shortcuts up despite not being entirely sure what their purpose is amd generally just get around to deleting stuff when you can't find what you are looking for. What's the zip program which has the books with a key on icon? I use 7zip but I've just realised I have no idea what the icons look like, pretty sure it's not that though. I went through a stage of having all my short cuts in my quick bar which I'd have hidden at the top of the screen. Gave up on that. It's not the sexiest or easiest to use program in the world although that that might have improved with recent versions.
