Whatever anyone says, our fans are the worst behaved.  Forget firms, our dickheads are made up of average lads who think they are top boys because they are surrounded by thousands of others.  It's just like Benidorm or Faliraki x 100.

there has been minimum trouble this year, speaking to a regular at the england belarus game they said there would be no trouble with zee germans, just the polish and the germans, which looks like the only really problem point.

(sorry i mis quoted the poland stat!) to be fair it will all kick when england are out, but until then its been a fairly quiet holiday for our messy lot

That fountain was at least 30 feet high. Complete nut job. He did get an England flag up there. Popped up on the edge of the roof of a 12 story building 10 minutes later. I was just ready to walk away if he had fallen off. They closed that square off last night.

As Mex said, the Germans are amazing. Ive never met a more kind, generous, more accomodating hosts.

It would have been good,but i think we stand a better chance in terms of who'll we'll play in the Quarter finals,by my calculations IF we get through to them,we will be in Quarter final 3,which means we'll play probably either Portugal or Holland,meaning we won't play Argentina.Obviously thats assuming Holland come second and Portugal win their group.
Of course if we play like we did last night we won't get much further than the QF stage anyway :(

Glad to hear that on the whole evrything has gone smoothly. Although I'm sure that any trouble involving English fans is always blown well out of proportion anyway. Glad to hear that people are avoiding trouble so far

One of my lecturers/tutors last year was German. Total opposite of your stereotype, we took the piss out of each other all the time. That said, I have met plenty of stereotypical Germans. They do have fit women though  :)
