It might be the worst film NMH has ever seen; you don't know that.

I never got Sin City at all; but everyone else I know thinks it's brilliant; I obviously caught it on a bad day.

I think both Sin City and Anchorman are good examples of movies, aimed at the pre-grumpy old bastard age group :P

No, I'm sorry, but I'm not wrong !

There is nothing at all funny in the film Anchorman. The only part that is mildly amusing is the performance of the 'Weatherman'.  Must admit to not being the greatest Will Ferrell fan. His performance in Old Skool was good, but I've not found him funny in anything else. The 'Soccer' thing that he was in most recently was the 2nd worst film I have ever seen !

Mark my words ! The weatherman is mildly amusing. (The guy who plays 'The 40 yo virgin' and the lead in the US version of The Office.

I hope you enjoy it though !

Same as, before i put i on i thought that it was going to be ace just going by all the hype i heard about it, i thought it was alright but nothing special.

The Machinist was better.

I like the subtle sillyness in Anchorman, it's not all in your face toilet humour but still all very silly.

Did anyone like Napoleon Dynamite, I didn't like that at all.

Not seen Anchorman, but I'm not a big Will Ferrall fan, so.....

Napoleon Dynamite is soooooo corny that its cool. Destined to be a cult classic IMHO.

Just watched XMen - The Last Stand at the flicks. Not bad for its genre. You do get Famke Janssen with red hair  8) and a naked Rebecca Romijn  :soapy tit wank: (you don't see anything, its a PG)

I thought The Last Stand was excellent, good way to round off the trilogy. I'm a fan of the movies, but my mate is a little extreme, he shed a tear when Prof. X died :Ride On Fatbury's Lovestick:

Its suddenly all gone downhill. My missus has decided to watch Nanny McPhee. Also destined to be a cult classic at the bottom of the bargain bucket before long. Total and utter crap!

I need to watch The Machinest and Hotel Rwanda for a cultural backlash against this sickening turgid drivel thats on my TV.
