Title: England Stuff Post by: Sade on Thursday, June 1, 2006, 15:53:38 I've seen loads and loads of cars today with those little england flags hanging out the windows and I'm not sure what I think of them. Most of the people I know think they're tacky, what do you think and own up if you have them :D
Then again I have england antlers which I might wear,I also seen a england kit which you wear and it inflates and gets really big and it says who ate all the pies on it, I might get my dad to wear it to the pub when We watch a game. Oh yeah and another england related thing, I love watching england games abroad. Thats about it. Its just fun. Title: England Stuff Post by: STFCBird on Thursday, June 1, 2006, 15:55:30 I don't like flags in cars, they scare my horses when we are out riding. It even says about them scaring horses in today's sun

Can't abide the part time worms that come out of the walls and clog the fucking bar shouting the likes of "wot wot wot go England, where's my pimms Godfrey" . Meh, shit holes and dives for me this year more atmosphere and the chance of a pisticuffs at half time. Nothing better than a half time glass fight and getting your white england shirt covered in beer when we score and blood when you get cut by the glass :| Title: England Stuff Post by: le god cuervo on Friday, June 2, 2006, 08:21:42 Will probably watch in brunel or maybe down the local boozer, depends on kick-off times. Can imagine brunel being pretty good if its upstairs
Walkabout is officially the worst place ever to watch football! Full of plastic fans who know feck all about football & only come out when the big tournaments are on. Euro 2004 was crap in there, was full of girls with lampard shirts on. Even my ex was in there & she hates football Mini car flags are a bit gay, window stickers are alright though Title: England Stuff Post by: RobertT on Friday, June 2, 2006, 08:30:35 Quote from: "dazzza" Quote from: "sonic youth" i'll be watching it at home Can't abide the part time worms that come out of the walls and clog the fucking bar shouting the likes of "wot wot wot go England, where's my pimms Godfrey" . Which fucking pubs do you go in! Can't say I've ever experienced that, ever. Did watch the Rugby World Cup final with a bunch of lads behind me singing football songs, but never seen the reverse! I shall be at home with the BBQ on and about 20-30 people bundled in. Title: England Stuff Post by: Amir on Friday, June 2, 2006, 08:36:51 Quote Can't abide the part time worms that come out of the walls and clog the fucking bar shouting the likes of "wot wot wot go England, where's my pimms Godfrey" . My boss is a bit like that, and he'll probably try and tag along. Well, not quite like that, he just talks really loadly about the game without knowing anything about football and gets really over excited. Think we'll suggest our local as it's a dodgy little hole and he's probably scared to go in there again after he got called a wanker last time. Like most I love seeing whole rows of houses flying the flag, while I think car flags look shit. Title: England Stuff Post by: Bennett on Friday, June 2, 2006, 09:20:55 every major game my friends host a gathering where they get drunk and i sit there mocking them, but still being the most angry person there. especially when neville or hargreaves plays, or sol has a header disallowed
Title: England Stuff Post by: McLovin on Friday, June 2, 2006, 09:24:34 I do hope you mean Phil Neville. Gary is king! 8)
Title: England Stuff Post by: Whits on Friday, June 2, 2006, 09:27:09 when owen scored against portugal in the euro championships we lost 4 4 pint pitchers, and a shit load of pint glasses, it was a sad day in more than one way
Title: England Stuff Post by: red macca on Friday, June 2, 2006, 09:29:55 i will watch it at home i cant stand sitting next to some cunt in a pub telling me for 90 mins that england are shit we never win anything blah blah blah..then asking fucking questions like why dont ronaldo play for england and who does lampard play for.
winds me up Title: England Stuff Post by: Dazzza on Friday, June 2, 2006, 10:20:45 It’s not that I object to the presence of people who don’t have a clue about football and turn up to maybe enjoy the atmosphere and a few drinks more than the actual game. But it’s the fuck-wits that only ever turn up at major tournaments and put up the pretence that grates like a bell-end on a rusty cheese grater that gets me.
Typically they’re the same people who make an annual appearance during the most overrated night of the year, New Years Eve don’t have a clue how to order a round, can’t handle their drink and come midnight are awash with false sentiment and handshaking with strangers they wouldn’t bother acknowledging in the Street the next day. Yours Sincerely Victor Meldrew Title: England Stuff Post by: strooood on Friday, June 2, 2006, 11:21:57 we're trying to wrangle some sort of last minute road trip over there. as you would of thought it's all pretty much impossible... think we may have to row ourselves through the gibraltar strait, then up through the med docking in france or italia.
not really.... we're trying to get a ferry over and camp in belgium then just walk to berlin for the final. if not fuck knows, but last year i was in albufeira for the most part and when lamps scored against portugal i had a 6x6 inch square of my peeling flesh ripped off my shoulder amongst the celebrations :| then we had a fight 8) Title: England Stuff Post by: Sippo on Friday, June 2, 2006, 11:25:10 I was in albufeira then aswell....absolutely crazy shit. The fucking portugese went mental..
Title: England Stuff Post by: strooood on Friday, June 2, 2006, 11:27:57 yeah the strip literally turned into a 200 on 200 brawl, toe to toe scrapping for about 5 minutes solid....then the riot police turned up  ouch
Title: England Stuff Post by: Sippo on Friday, June 2, 2006, 11:31:01 While in albufeira I shagged a dutch bird 8) Met her in that Kiss club! :beers:
Title: England Stuff Post by: Luci on Friday, June 2, 2006, 15:29:49 THIS DEPT OF TRANSPORT INITIATIVE HAS BEEN RE-LAUNCHED, MAY 2006.
Due to the nature of the quality of driving in England the Department of Transport has now devised a new scheme in order to identify poor drivers and give good drivers the opportunity to recognise them whilst driving. For this reason as from the middle of May 2006 those drivers who are found to be driving badly which includes: -overtaking in dangerous places; -hovering within one inch of the car in front; -stopping sharply; -speeding in residential areas; -pulling out without indication; -performing U turns inappropriately in busy high streets; -under taking on motorways and -taking up more than one lane in multi lane roads, These drivers will be issued with flags, white with a red cross, signifying their inability to drive properly. These flags must be clipped to a door of the car and be visible to all other drivers and p edestrians. Those drivers who have shown particularly poor driving skills will have to display a flag on each side of the car to indicate their greater lack of skill and general lower intelligence mindset to the general public. Please circulate this to as many other motorists as you can so that drivers and pedestrians will be aware of the meaning of these flags. Department of Transport.
