I had the same thing with my old Ford Orion, turned out to be a loose connection on the stick. Get down the garage pronto!

Check the bulbs too. Even if there is only one bulb it can have two fillaments, one for dipped, one for main.

I shoot up and down it every day no problem between Burgess Hill and Crawley. Handcross Hill can be a bit of a pain in the Ralph sometimes though.

Are you back down here now then?

Yeah, living it Brighton, traveling to fucking Crawley every morning.. the traffic is doing my head in!
Might start getting the train.. it's only £40 a week an I'll get to have a half-hour kip..

Then there's the perimeter bus around Gatwick which is usually chock full of stewardesses in the morning.. in fact.. why am I not getting the train?

Crawley's a pain in the arse to get to on the train tbh. You have to change at Three Bridges to get to another to Crawley town centre.

Handy if you work near Three Bridges station I guess, and Walrus' mum lives within walking distance if you fancy some horizontal jogging  :D

Actually, if your going to Gatwick the train is obviously the best option. Doh.

yeah, just temping in accounts for first choice.. it's right on the Gatwick fence.
hoping to get an interview for a company called Bard which is on the south side of crawley I believe.. should make the journey a damn lot easier so fingers crossed!

Whilst I wholeheartedly agree with your viewpoint, (but this ain't your typical Garage joint) I think David might have been joking. Even he's not that stupid

Not that I'm bothered he's breaking the law, but if he didn't know he could be in  for a nasty suprise if the old bill pull him...

EDIT Useful link - http://www.karacare.co.uk/law.html

It's illegal, but only a fixed penalty, not endorsable!

I thought it was too.. but I've driven past numerous police cars with not even so much as a second glance and I've been pulled over for a dodgy rear light and he didn't say a thing..
I'd quite like it confirmed what the actual law is..

My rear view mirror fell off about 3 months ago, was wondering if that was an offence as you don't need it.  I'll say it's only just this minute fallen off mr.filth, I'm off to get some glue.
