good decision i think, you can't really fault his record since he's been there. all the other prem managers didn't want it to get it because he's supposedly underqualified but i can't see how it matters. Its not as if he was never intending to get the qualification - somethings in life are bit more important, i.e his health?!

The whole badge system is fucked up...I can understand it from the coaching side....but for a manager....
