When i awake my stomach is usually a little more settle. If you're struggling to keep things down then try and eat crisps or dry toast.

Can't ever remember to do it when i crawl in, hence why i do it before. Having alka seltzer in the morning is good too (if you can keep it down) and apparently before drinking, although i don't see how the last one works?

Litre of mineral water the night before, a couple of Lucozade hydro actives, a scandal rag and a packet of weird and wonderful crisps in the morning and I’m ready top go. Today I have had a Spar Cheese & Onion sandwich a packet of Doritos and two bacon and egg baps with chilli sauce crafted by Mother who has returned from holidays.
