Title: This sounds worrying Post by: janaage on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, 13:04:33 As a Southend fan and without sounding patronising, League Two is blardy hard to get out of. Long trips, bad referees, poor football and games being decided on set pieces.Be prepared to fight tooth and nail for your points every week - but if your players can do it from the off then you will be ok.
God help us with our lot. Title: This sounds worrying Post by: Foggy on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, 13:34:36 Whey hey ! Im looking forward to Conferenece football Already ! Only joking,If the right man is in charge ( Holloway ) then i think that we will be ok .They need some discipline instilling ASAP.
Title: This sounds worrying Post by: Dazzza on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, 13:41:06 Wouldn't worry too much. Up until a couple of years back Saaaarfend had been a scrappy average to middling team at best in that league so from their perspective it’s probably been a tough few years.
I still think it’s going to be a hell of a job to get out anyway, in terms of quality it’s on a par if not overall a better league than league one. Title: This sounds worrying Post by: janaage on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, 13:54:27 So Cureton's not too good for it then?

Knowing our luck Rotherham will still be in L1 on -10 points. Wycombe were the best footballing side I've seen this season, but it may prove the rule that thye look to have blown it. Title: This sounds worrying Post by: janaage on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, 16:11:32 Wycombe were superb, although I think we kinda helped them out. Mooney blowing out of his arse 5 months in didn't help their cause though.
