Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: sonic youth on Friday, April 28, 2006, 20:18:20 as per janaage's thread, except a bit more simple.
like me. Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: DV on Friday, April 28, 2006, 20:19:31 not clear enough, keep him in what capacity
Yes, i'd keep him as manager but I would look and possibly bringing in a director of football on Kings old wages Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: sonic youth on Friday, April 28, 2006, 20:25:39 don't be pedantic
Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: DV on Friday, April 28, 2006, 20:26:06 Quote from: "sonic youth" don't be pedantic :D Iffy In! Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: Bennett on Friday, April 28, 2006, 21:05:21 keep him
Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: swindonbob on Friday, April 28, 2006, 21:46:54 Sack him - Id like an experienced manager (i.e. Holloway) for a fresh new start at the club. I like iffy, but let him manage at a lower level for a bit, and it he is doing ok then bring him back!
Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: flammableBen on Friday, April 28, 2006, 21:50:55 Set up some sort of system where players not in the first eleven and maybe some of the better youngsters can play friendly games against other teams. Maybe on a weekday afternoon. Iffy can be in charge of that. Maybe helping out a more experienced main manager at the same time.
Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: Johno on Friday, April 28, 2006, 22:44:16 keep in - he will stay anyway.
Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: STFC Village on Saturday, April 29, 2006, 08:56:54 Keep him, but sack him as well :?
Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: my-velocity on Saturday, April 29, 2006, 09:24:08 Basicly we need a manager which will be tough on their players and get team fit in any way neccasry. Looks like Iffy's being a bit soft on them as there are rumours they go out on the piss saturday nights regardless if the win, lose or draw. Until this happens the players will just do what they want.
Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: Simon Pieman on Saturday, April 29, 2006, 11:46:32 I think it's important that pre-season goes well this year. It wasn't so long ago that Iffy was a player and should know the importance of a good pre-season.
Tactically I'm not sure we've got a manager in Iffy though, and despite what people may think, good tactics will be essential next year. I say make him step down from management and get someone that has managed a team(s) for at least 5 seasons. Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: Melksham Red on Sunday, April 30, 2006, 18:32:57 Bye Bye Iffy Iffy Bye.
The blokes just got us relegated and everyones singing his fucking name. AK would have been slaughtered. Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: Iffy's Onion Bhaji on Sunday, April 30, 2006, 18:35:26 sack him. Holloway will get us out of league 2 for sure

In that case, maybe we should appoint Adriaan Heijns http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/africa/3275331.stm Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: ibelieveinmrreeves on Sunday, April 30, 2006, 20:51:22 I say keep him. He needs a chance to build and organise his own squad, as he was fighting a downward spiral from day one.
Obviously if we're bottom at Christmas I think a change may be in order. Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, April 30, 2006, 20:55:02 think I'll say keep him, the problem any manager will have next season is that crowd expectations will be higher than what we're likely to achieve. Bit like the England job really.

Thanks for your efforts Iffy, you can stay with the youth if you want, but as Sir Alan would say "YOU'RE FIRED!!" Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: Sippo on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, 15:19:52 Give the bloke a chance. Give him til at least xmas.
I went to pick up a hire van over the weekend, and the old bloke behind the counter decided to try and crack a joke to me. 'Did you know that the new manager of swindon is going to be dodgy' Confused me a bit. Then it clicked....Cunt i thought. Title: Iffy: The Poll Post by: fatbury on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, 15:34:12 OUT
