Have never been a big fan of Black Books even though I think all the comedians in it are good. Big Train I can't really remember even thoguh I'm sure I've watched it.
I think I might get The Day Today if it's not too expensive, and I used to love The Mary Whitehouse Experience and KYTV but I'm not sure whether they will have aged well. Title: Spaced Post by: yeo on Monday, April 17, 2006, 23:28:06 Quote The Mary Whitehouse Experience No I dont reckon it will though I loved that at the time as well.Saw them at the Wyvern Baddiel picked on me because I was late. Title: Spaced Post by: Amir on Monday, April 17, 2006, 23:37:29 My dad took me and my sister to Colston Hall to see Newman & Baddiel and I don't think he was expecting the language :D
I think he thought it would be different to the pub on the old kent road where he had the piss taken out of him by a young Jim Davidson, because he went to the toilet. I don't think he's ever forgiven Jim for that. Quality Title: Spaced Post by: Cookie on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, 07:41:02 The Smell of Reeves and Mortimer. Recently released on DVD, absolutely class comedy.
You should buy it purely for Mulligan and O'Hare. Title: Spaced Post by: Walt flanagan's Dog on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, 15:15:14 I saw the Mighty boosh in Poxford a couple of months ago, they were fucking ace!! Did Naboo turn his back on anyone in the crowd when you saw them??
Mulligan and O'Hare were funny as fuck as well. You should get the "Big Night Out - on tour video (no dvd yet), Vic and Bob (and most of the cast from the Fast show!!) at there best. Everyone should own/watch DARK PLACE as well. |
