I've been knocking up some excelent dishes with my workmate for the past 6 months to kill time in the afternoons. Dishes include... Authentic texen chili (not your mince meat crap) Pork in cider, honey and wholegrain mustard with apple dumplings Kangaroo steaks (bloody beautiful, much better than steak) Belly Pork with chili beans Thai Curry Lastly, Crocadile. I made a chilli last night. I must get round to baking my own pizza again soon.

Title: Cooking Post by: Simon Pieman on Monday, April 10, 2006, 11:08:28 I used to find simple cooking so daunting but it's not that hard. The more you worry about things the worse it turns out. You're better off just getting on with it and asking yourself 'would I eat that?', that way you're guarenteed to get an ok meal (unless you'd eat anything).
