The G14 clubs (in fact eighteen) have a court case coming up v FIFA, in which they argue the governing body acts illegally in using their players for its tournaments...and they'd rather run the game themselves. This would see (leaked document ) these clubs guaranteeing themselves an annual chapions league place to the exclusion of the rest. Mourinho has been getting in a flap because Chelsea as arrivistes are outside the group. Title: End of International Football ?
